onE TO ONE

Personalized one to one training with Roxy for 60 minutes.

Fee: $50

Your personal training session will include a customized plan based on your fitness goals. When exercising, safety is the number one priority.

Personalized one to one training with Roxy for 30 minutes.

Fee: $35

Your personal training session will include a customized plan based on your fitness goals. When exercising, safety is the number one priority.

FITNESS ASSESSMENT

Personal Training Fitness Assessment

Fee: $35

This will include a series of test and measurements followed by a mini session. The assessments that are ultimately selected are done so in line with your fitness goals, and are used to establish a baseline for program. Based on outcome of meeting a physical assessment we will determine the plan that best fits your needs.

VIRTUAL onE TO ONE

Personalized one to one training with Roxy for 30 minutes.

Fee: $35

Private 30 minute virtual session Includes free consultation Support, nutrition support.

GROUP CLASSES
SCHEDULE TBD

$10 drop in rate on all classes 

4 for $35 Includes recording, so you can still enjoy your workout even if you miss the live session. 

 Partner session 2 people $35 / person at least 3 month commitment. 

Mini group sessions 5 - 6 persons max $25 per person
